Pinot Grigio usually has a bland taste, but this one actually shook me up a little bit. While this one wasn't a big winner in my book, I will admit that I am still coming off of my new found addiction to Kim Crawford's Pinot Gris, with it's heady taste and alcohol content.

I would consider this wine more like a Vino Verdejo with it's higher level of acidity that hits you immediately, but the taste smoothes out with something akin to the flavor of Granny Smith apples coupled with freshly cut grass.

Not one of my favorites, but good for someone.
